Get the king room with a view, it's totally worth it at US$ 70. the location here is spot on, close to the stadium, a bridge, river, and lush greenery 🌳. Perfect for a cozy stay!

I liked the pool and fitness center, and the room and convenience of everything.
When I went to check in, the front desk clerk did not have my reservation. He said that your site, bookings.com, was not affiliated with their hotel. Thank God that they had rooms available (please ensure that you are affiliated). Also, they ran out of breakfast items too soon. There was no batter for waffle making at 9:00 when we went for breakfast and they had the breakfast until 10:00.

We especially liked the view from our 3rd floor window of the river. Also, the venue was quiet considering that it was full the weekend we visited.
Would have like our beds changed the second night. And feel the venue was overpriced.

The location is fairly isolated. There is a restaurant nearby, but no convenience stores or places to get the things you've forgotten.

Good food, excellent service, and fantastic view of the sun setting on the river. Wonderfully helpful staff and great breakfast with lots of options. - Ideal setting, really close to Science Center and Neville Island. - Great way to end our trip.

The hotel had an ideal location within minutes of all local attractions. The services were excellent, offered us excellent high speed internet access. They offered ironing at no cost too. We had a very very good stay at this brand-new venue.

clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, good value for money
Poor location. Industrial area, too close to bridge, only one eating place in area which closed at 11pm, particularly as hotel does not have bar or restaurant.

During our recent family road trip to Pennsylvania, we had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They recommended a fantastic local restaurant for dinner and provided valuable information about the breakfast options, including consideration for allergies. It was evident that the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory

We were in town to see the Reds and Pirates game. The location for the value for money was very good.
When booking room we requested a bridge/river view. While aware that there aren't any guarantees, when checking in the person at desk did not mention request. My husband went back and asked and they saidbthere are not guarantees but they would have one in 30 min. If we had not asked we would not have gotten one even though there would have bee one in 30 min. The rom was last one on river side and at first look it you did not see river because of tree blocking view. The bathroom had a vert bad odor, however we were still having an open mind and figured we would not be in room for most of our two day stay. When we returned to room after game and were retireing for night and pulled back bedding, I was horrified to find what was either a food stain or vomit on the duvet. It was not just a stain but residue. The stay that night was very uncomfortable to say the least. We explained the next morning and said we would need to cancel the second night. The only offer was that they would change bedding for us. I would have thought we would have been personally contacted by a manager due to the severity of the issue instead of being offered a standard form on internet. Unfortunately, I will never be able to stay at anoter Fairfield Inn as I would think that there is a standard on cleanliness that is followed at all locations, and there was not a very high standard.
